ETP is proud to have assembled an outstanding staff of talented and dedicated professionals.
Executive Director

Randi Rubenstein
Randi Rubenstein brings 30 years of senior-level executive experience in health, research and education to ETP. Prior to founding ETP in 2005, she worked with Ascolta Training Company, Dorland Healthcare Information, the Health Data Institute, and the RAND Corporation. Randi holds a Master’s of Science degree in Public Health from UCLA and a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University of Illinois. Randi also has extensive volunteer leadership experience with schools and non-profit organizations, including 5 years of afterschool tutoring in underprivileged areas. Living in Raleigh NC since 2011, Randi enjoys seeing many former students now grown and thriving as adults in the community.
Assistant to the Executive Director

Sarah Felton
Sarah Felton provides valuable support to ETP as an assistant to the Executive Director and our outreach activities. Sarah is currently an undergraduate student at North Carolina State University, working on her Bachelor’s degree in Political Science – Public Policy. Among her extracurricular activities, Sarah serves as the VP of Finance for NCSU’s Pre-Law and Government Fraternity, and she is also active in the College Mentors for Kids program where she mentors elementary school kids during weekly on-campus activities. She is also a member of Alpha Phi Omega, a community service fraternity. Learning about the internship opportunity with ETP, Sarah found ETP’s mission compelling because she comes from a blended family, where some of her siblings are orphans and faced abusive foster homes. She is excited to help prevent child abuse and spread the message of building healthy relationships before conception. Sarah’s enthusiasm, creativity, and strong networking skills are an excellent contribution to our organization.
Volunteers
Our volunteers are integral participants in our work. They assist with everything from managing our IT systems to reviewing and editing our instructional materials. We are deeply grateful for their contributions of time and expertise.
