Randi Rubenstein
Educate Tomorrow’s Parents – Founder and Executive Director
Randi Rubenstein founded ETP as a nonprofit organization in 2008 to offer pre-parenting education to teenagers and young adults. Drawing upon her 30 years experience in health information research, she now guides teens to make healthy life choices before they form their future family. Prior to ETP, Randi worked with Ascolta, Center for Healthcare Information, Health Data Institute, and the RAND Corporation. Randi has a Master’s of Science degree in Public Health from UCLA, and a BA in Liberal Arts from the University of Illinois. Randi also has extensive volunteer experience with schools and non-profit organizations. As a foster parent of 10 children, she gained valuable insights into the challenges of children and families. She now lives in Raleigh, NC with her youngest daughter attending a nearby college.

Patricia Yamate
ABC Entertainment – Director of Entertainment Accounting (retired)
Patti Yamate has served as Treasurer on the Educate Tomorrow’s Parents board since its inception. She brings over 25 years of accounting experience to ETP, and has a B.A. in Economics from UCLA.

Wyrick Robbins Yates & Ponton LLP – Partner-Attorney
Dan Porper’s practice focuses on the representation of private and public technology and life science companies in a broad range of commercial matters, with particular expertise in transactions involving intellectual property. Dan received a B.A. from the University of South Florida and a J.D. from Syracuse University College of Law.

Bret Greene
Durham Nativity School – Director of Finance and Operations
Bret Greene is working a private education middle school that provides a nurturing and enriching learning environment for high-aspiring boys of disadvantaged backgrounds. Bret previously worked for 16 years with Highwoods Property Management, a prominent real estate investment trust company, where he was the Director of Asset Management.

Diana (Denni) Fishbein, Ph.D.
National Prevention Science Coalition to Improve Lives (NPSC) – Founder and President
University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill – Senior Scientist in the FPG Child Development Institute
Penn State University – Part-time Research Faculty in the Department of Human Development and Family Studies
An internationally renowned researcher, Denni Fishbein, Ph.D. is the founder and co-director of the NPSC where her translational work prepares policymakers, educators, and community stakeholders to implement, sustain, and scale evidence-based strategies to prevent negative outcomes while promoting health and wellbeing. She is also a senior scientist in the FPG Child Development Institute at UNC Chapel Hill as well as part-time research faculty at Penn State. Denni has conducted decades of research on brain development and behavioral/mental health in children and adolescents, and she has worked to identify underlying mechanisms in intervention outcomes to guide more precision-based approaches with potential to improve developmental trajectories. She also serves as an adjunct professor at several universities including University of Maryland School of Medicine, Johns Hopkins University, and the University of California, Irvine.

Doug Fedich
STARLIMS – Chief Financial Officer
Doug Fedich works at STARLIMS, an information management system for laboratories – serving R&D, manufacturing, public health, and clinical diagnostic enterprises in over 85 countries. Prior work experiences includes Align Technology, Hill-Rom, and Intel Corporation. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance from Indiana University, and an MBA from Arizona State University. Doug and his wife have two young children. In addition to his work and family endeavors, Doug has been involved in community activities related to youth development. He has been a volunteer football and soccer coach, and a classroom leader of Junior Achievers.
